An Easy Way to Disciple Your Kids

Posted in: Videos

We must disciple our kids.  It isn’t an option.  We shouldn’t rely on anyone to do it for us.  Take a look at Deuteronomy 4:9-10

Deuteronomy 4:9-10 (New International Version)

9 Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them slip from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them. 10 Remember the day you stood before the LORD your God at Horeb, when he said to me, “Assemble the people before me to hear my words so that they may learn to revere me as long as they live in the land and may teach them to their children.”

Discipling our children doesn’t have to be hard.  It is as easy as telling a story and asking three simple questions.

love it! I have three children and trying to read Bible stories…however obedience is the key. This really helps. Thanks a bunch! God bless you and your crew.

This wass the best thing I learned from the CPM training and I’m so thankful that you posted it up here for everyone else. This process for discipling your children just makes sense! Our oldest son was actually baptized this past Friday after making his profession of faith a few months prior to that. We shared with him more stories about baptism and we would ask him questions and finally 2 weeks ago he told us that he needed to be baptized so he could obey Jesus and let the world know he was going to follow Jesus the rest of his life! It blew us away. We never knew discipline our kids would be as simple as story time and questions!
